Licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist
Tysha Osborne believes in providing an environment that is respectful, non-judgmental, challenging, and supportive. She approaches counseling by looking at the whole person (mind, body, soul) and how past experiences can influence the present. Tysha places a special emphasis on how to live in the moment, being gentle/kind on oneself, and how to draw on one's strengths. In addition, Tysha (when appropriate) uses a gentle sense of humor which her client's state make them "feel at ease".
In describing her approach to therapy, Tysha tailors the therapy session according to the client's needs, but her main emphasis is on building a relationship. She believes when individuals are willing to look within and do the hard work that therapy requires, change will happen,
