Tysha provides individual services for adults and adolescents (13+).

Tysha Osborne believes in providing an environment that is respectful, non-judgmental, challenging, and supportive. She approaches counseling by looking at the whole person (mind, body, soul) and how past experiences can influence the present. Tysha places a special emphasis on how to live in the moment, being gentle/kind on oneself, and how to draw on one's strengths. In addition, Tysha (when appropriate) uses a gentle sense of humor which her client's state make them "feel at ease".

In describing her approach to therapy, Tysha tailors the therapy session according to the client's needs, but her main emphasis is on building a relationship. She believes when individuals are willing to look within and do the hard work that therapy requires, change will happen. Tysha is especially passionate about helping those dealing with eating disorders. She is a compassionate voice, giving hope to individuals that healing from an eating disorder is possible and the self and body can be whole again.
Tysha is a graduate from Benedictine University (Lisle, IL) where she earned a Master's of Science Degree in Clinical Psychology and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. She is a licensed clinical marriage and family therapist (Kansas). She utilizes evidence-based practices including Neuroscience, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness/Relaxation, Family-Based/Family Systems Theory, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). When requested she provides Christian counseling for those interested.

Tysha provides counseling to adolescents and adults (ages 13 and up).

When not working, Tysha enjoys spending time with her husband, playing with her pets, reading, and traveling.
