History
Andrews & Associates was founded in 1998 by Rusty and Jenne Andrews. Rusty had a passion for helping people heal their relationships. It is out of this passion that Andrews & Associates Counseling grew into the diverse, multi-specialty practice that exists today. In May 2016, Rusty left this earth. While he is no longer with us, his passion for helping people will continue. In September 2016, Dr. Stephanie Wick acquired ownership of Andrews & Associates. As a tenured employee of Andrews & Associates and a friend of Rusty’s, Dr. Wick is committed to carrying out Rusty’s legacy.

At Andrews & Associates Counseling, our mission is to provide compassionate, client-centered, and competent mental health and relationship counseling in a hospitable and non-judgmental environment.

In Loving Memory of Emmett Lynn “Rusty” Andrews
In 1998, Rusty and his wife, Jenne founded Andrews & Associates. As a marriage and family therapist, Rusty’s vision for the practice was solely created around the premise of helping people to heal their relationships. It is from this passion that Andrews & Associates has grown to become a wonderful and diverse practice. Rusty was a unique and talented man who touched many lives. He was a man of God, a brother, a son, a brother-in-law, a father, an uncle, a husband, and maybe his favorite… a grandfather. Many people called him friend and will miss him greatly. He was a talented man and shared his talents with others. He provided individual, marriage and family counseling services; taught training classes on human relationship systems and stress management; provided group problem resolution to businesses and higher education institutions; and taught Marriage and Family courses at KSU, Friends University, and Manhattan Christian College. In addition, Rusty mentored many marriage and family trainees, giving back as he always did. On May 9, 2016 Rusty died from cancer. While he is no longer on this earth, Rusty will always be remembered. We at Andrews & Associates are blessed to have known this man and be mentored by him. Rusty’s legacy and vision for Andrews & Associates will continue to be carried on by us. We have learned from the best. Thank you Rusty.
