She is pursuing certification as a Registered Play Therapist and specializes in treating anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, attachment, and family conflict.
Drawing from Experiential, Narrative, Solution-Focused, and Child-Centered Play Therapy approaches—along with training in Sandtray Therapy—Karsen provides trauma-informed care rooted in compassion, playfulness, and collaboration. She strives to create a safe, nurturing space where clients can heal, grow, and build resilience.
