Mariah Moore, MS, LMFT-T

Mariah is currently in the PhD program at Kansas State University studying Couples and Family Therapy. She specializes in working with individuals who struggle with perfectionism and self-esteem. She also specializes in couple’s therapy, specifically working with couples who struggle with trust issues from infidelity and works with them to rebuild connection and thrive. She is part of the LGBTQ+ community herself and provides affirmative therapy to all clients using a trauma-informed and intersectional lens.

She is EMDR trained and uses this treatment with clients to assist them in reprocessing traumatic events they have experienced, so they can move through the world in more adaptive ways. Mariah also uses acceptance and commitment therapy and internal family systems therapy to help clients achieve their goals and live a life that is authentic to them.

In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, weight lifting, taking her dog on walks, and cooking!
