Mariah provides services for children, adults, couples, and families

Services

Mariah is currently in the master's program at Kansas State University studying Couples and Family Therapy and will be entering the doctoral program as a student this fall. She has experience working with children and adolescents (ages 10-17), college-aged students, adults, couples, and families.

Mariah believes that each client has the capacity in themselves to heal, grow, and thrive in their lives and in their relationships. She is EMDR trained and uses this evidence-based treatment with clients to assist them in reprocessing traumatic events they have experienced, so they can move through the world in more adaptive ways. In tandem with EMDR, Mariah uses acceptance and commitment therapy, experiential modalities, and internal family systems through a trauma-informed and intersectional lens. She helps clients achieve their goals through these models and be the most authentic versions of themselves.

In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, going on walks, cooking, and learning new skills!
