Dr. Briana Goff, LCMFT

Licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist

Dr. Goff builds upon over 25 years of experience in teaching, research, and counseling. Briana is a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist. She offers therapy to individuals, couples, and families, especially those dealing with life crises and trauma. Dr. Goff completed EMDR Basic Training (EMDRIA Approved) in September 2019 and incorporates that into much of her clinical work.

Dr. Goff enjoys working with military and veteran couples and families. She is passionate (due to her own personal experience) about working with parents of children with special needs and disabilities.

In addition to private practice, Dr. Goff is a professor of family studies and human services, in the College of Human Ecology at Kansas State University. In 2016, she received the Outstanding Civilian Service Medal from the US Army.

Dr. Goff received her Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas Tech University. She is a native of Kansas residing with her husband and two children.

Her interests include working with those dealing with:
Military/Veteran Concerns
Parenting special needs children
Relationship issues due to the effects of trauma
