Dr. Jessica Cless believes that highlighting a person’s inner strengths can help them to achieve their goals and cope with life’s inevitable struggles. Using a collaborative and holistic approach, she helps clients to build on their strengths and implement strategies that will help them improve their relationships, self-concept, and emotional well-being.
Jessica enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families and has worked in various settings, including outpatient clinics and The Fort Riley Military Base. She has experience helping children, individuals, and families heal from trauma. In addition, Jessica has received additional training in child therapy and is a graduate of the Heartland Play Therapy Institute. Dr Cless believes that children respond well to love, encouragement, and positive relationships.
Jessica received her Doctorate (Ph.D.) and Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Kansas State University and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). She considers herself a lifelong Kansan.
